Summer is upon us, well sort of! I found this really cool idea for making ice lollies the other day and I thought I would share it with you. (They’re all very healthy which is perfect for children or putting cravings at bay)
- cordial (optional)
- fresh fruit juice (apple, orange, tropical… whatever you fancy! – optional)
- water (or lemonade!)
- Any kind of fruit you’d like
1, Using either cordial or fresh fruit juice, dilute to about half and half, with water (or lemonade for a treat).
2. Add in fruit if you desire
3, Place in the freezer until frozen
