HubBox Click & Collect Service 

How HubBox Click & Collect Works

  1. Select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at the checkout.
  2. Find and select your local collection point.
  3. HubBox will email you confirming your delivery location, including your Collect Point's address. You can download the app to receive notifications when your parcel arrives.

Please note: You will be charged the standard delivery charge £3.98 for using the HubBox Click & Collect service.

How to collect

You'll receive an email with a ‘Collection Code’ when your parcel arrives, you will need to show this code to the Collection Point member of staff when collecting your parcel as well as a proof of ID e.g. passport or driving license. The Collection Point will only hold your parcel for up to 14 days from delivery, if you do not collect your parcel within the 14 day period HubBox reserve the right in their absolute discretion at any time therefore either:

a. Return the Parcel to the sender at your cost; or

b. Store the Parcel otherwise than at the Collect Point.

If a family member or friend is collecting the parcel for you, please ensure they take a form of your ID with them for proof of identification as well as your ‘Collection Code.’
