The viewing of products on the Becky & Lolo website and mail order purchasing of products is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If any of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed null and void and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
We accept no responsibility for the websites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to this website.
We reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the website or any other website owned by Becky & Lolo. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change.
All content and services on this website are provided on an "as is" basis and Becky & Lolo does not make any representation or give any warranty in respect of the website and its content.
The nature of colour representation on the internet means that colours cannot always be shown accurately. This is due to the way the images are prepared but also due to the colour balance of each individual computer screen/monitor on which the images are shown. Although we make every effort to ensure that the images show an accurate representation of the products colours, we cannot be held responsible should the product be bought in order to match other items in the home and upon arrival does not do so.
We try to ensure that the images on the site offer a true representation of the product shown. It should however be noted that our suppliers do from time to time make minor alterations to products which, though not altering the functionality, dimensions or overall design, may affect the exact product presentation.
We understand the importance of security and endeavour to make our payment processes as safe as shopping in store. We use the latest technology to ensure that all your personal and credit card details remain completely confidential. However we cannot be responsible if through no fault of our own these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
We accept payment by most international credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all UK debit cards - Delta, Visa debit, Maestro, Switch and Solo. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
Your card will be debited at the time of placing the order. Orders are normally dispatched within one working day of receipt, however if there is likely to be a delay or any other problem, we will notify you and offer a full refund as an alternative to waiting.
Every effort is made by Becky & Lolo to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure, but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost credit card if this has not been reported to your credit card company.
Orders placed with Becky & Lolo will, where applicable attract a delivery charge. Details of these charges are given in the Postage and Packing page of this website.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 14.30 on the same day. For large/heavy items requiring other than Royal Mail, the cutoff is 12 pm.
Personalised items take time to prepare. We will dispatch all personalised orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee same day dispatch for these items, regardless of the shipping service chosen.
For orders where express delivery is required (if available), the order must be received by 10 am for the order to dispatched on the same working day. For non-urgent orders, we will try to dispatch the order within one working day of receipt (excluding weekends and bank or public holidays). It should be noted that although we will endeavour to ensure dispatch of urgent orders received by 10 am on the same working day, external constraints mean that it may not always be possible. In those cases, the order will be dispatched on the first working day after receipt of the order.
For express orders received by 10 am, Monday to Wednesday, delivery will be during the day of Wednesday to Friday (excepting cases where dispatch is delayed as above). For express orders received by 10 am on Thursday or Friday, delivery will be by the end of business on the following Monday or Tuesday (excepting cases where dispatch is delayed as above).
We will use a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to “Royal Mail”, “Parcel Force”, Couriers. The delivery method will be chosen according to the requirements of a particular order.
Our standard terms for delivery within the UK are 3-7 working days from date of dispatch. Details are given both on the Postage and Packing page of this website and at checkout.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive, but do not include weekends, bank or public holidays.
If you have specific requirements in terms of delivery dates (such as specific delivery deadlines), please make this clear in the customer comments box at checkout. This will enable us to ensure your order is dispatched by the most appropriate means of delivery.
We will make deliveries to all countries within the Continent of Europe. This includes both EU and non-EU members. As mentioned in the Prices and Taxes section, we cannot be held responsible for additional duties or taxes due on importation into non EU countries.
The charge for delivery to non EU countries is a charge in addition to the UK delivery charge. Details are given both at checkout and on the Postage and Packing page of this website. When ordering large or heavy items for delivery outside of the UK, we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover the increased shipping cost.
Incorrect or incomplete address:
Where a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete address details being provided by the customer, Becky & Lolo reserves the right to charge the full cost of the re-delivery. If at that time the customer requests cancellation of the order, we will issue a refund, less the shipping charge paid and less a 60 pence handling charge. In the case of the order having been free of P+P charge, we will issue a refund less the standard £5.00 carriage charge and less a 60 pence handling charge. We will not issue a refund for any personalised item returned to us due to a failed delivery.
Item not collected by Customer
Where an item is returned to us marked as "uncollected by customer" Becky & Lolo will either charge the full cost of re-delivery or issue a refund less the standard £5.00 carriage charge or the actual cost of shipping plus a 60 pence handling charge (whichever is greater). This type of return can easily be avoided and the onus is on the customer to notify us in good time of non-delivery (within 10 days of notification of dispatch) so that we can determine the reason for non-delivery prior to the item being returned to us.
Where a product is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 28 working days of receipt. We are unable to accept claims for damaged goods after this time. In the first instance, we will request images showing the damage. We can then decide how to proceed with the claim, with each claim being handled on a case by case basis.
Please DO NOT either return the item directly to us, or raise a case with your card company without having contacted us first.
Where you change your mind after dispatch, or on receipt, please notify us within 5 working days (or as soon as is practical) of receipt of your order. On receipt of your order back to our offices in perfect condition we will issue a full refund. Where you are not happy with an item, we will not meet the cost of return postage. Under the legislation relating to selling at distance we will however refund the initial postage. However where express delivery is requested, we are not able to refund the additional costs involved.
We are unable to accept notification of returns under this clause more than 10 working days after dispatch. We are unable to accept returns without prior notification. If we receive goods back without prior notification we will be obliged to send them back to you. All returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, un-used and where appropriate un-assembled (eg flat packed furniture). We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for any items that have been personalised, unless they are defective.
Regardless of the reason for returning an order you should obtain proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in transit.
Are you under 18?
If you are under 18 years of age, please advise us in your e-mail, obtain the prior consent of your parent/guardian before you communicate with us and ask your parent/guardian to send us details of their e-mail address and confirm their consent. We will send information to their e-mail address and not to you.
The products supplied from this web site are supplied by Becky & Lolo, referred to throughout this website as "Becky & Lolo”, "we", "us", or "our". All communications including advertisements made by Becky & Lolo and all information on this website are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you, and is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted and the goods have been dispatched by us. This means that if a product is shown on the website but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Becky & Lolo will not be obliged to sell you that product.

Prices and Taxes
Value Added Tax: All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
Vat on Postage: Where part of an order is liable for VAT then by law VAT must be charged on the postage. As a business we are providing a postal service for customers and in turn have to pay Royal Mail to use these services. Only if an entire order is made up of VAT exempt items would we not charge VAT on postage. Please find below two links for more information.
Duty and Customs Information: All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Becky & Lolo cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights including without limitation copyright, design, pictures, logos, photography, text and trademark rights in the website are owned by Becky & Lolo.
“Becky & Lolo” is a registered trade mark of Jomoval Ltd. Other product, brand and company names mentioned on the website may be trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners, and you agree to comply with any notices pertaining to these or drawing them to your attention.
No warranties or representations are made about any products other than as expressly contained in this website. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.
Any liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, including consequential loss, arising from the use of any product purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Our liability for any such injury, damage or loss arising from any negligence or breach of contract on the part of Becky & Lolo will be limited to a refund of the purchase price of the product together with any delivery charges paid.
While Becky & Lolo will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions and postal strikes.
These Terms and Conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to which both parties submit.
