Postage / Delivery Information
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order.
You will be able to follow the process of your order with the tracking number provided.
We usually despatch all non-personalised orders the same day (during working days) if the order is placed before 2.30 pm.
All personalised orders will take a little longer to process and despatch: between 2 to 4 working days from the date you have placed the order.
Royal Mail Cost :
Royal Mail 48h tracked Delivery: £3.99 with 2-3 working days from despatch.
Royal Mail Express 24h tracked Delivery: £4.99 with 1 -2 working days from despatch.

Free Delivery for all orders from £50 and despatch by courier
Click and Collect: Collect your order from our warehouse based in Alton (GU34 2UF) from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 4 pm.
International and European Orders:
Due to Brexit, we no longer offer shipping as standard outside of the UK. This is because of the possible customs charges that may be incurred by our customers when they receive their order.

Postage charges to the EU are £10.50 for orders up to £50 and £15 for orders over £50.
Due to the very high cost of shipping, we are not able to ship outside of the UK and EU.
Where a product is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 28 working days of receipt and return it within 14 working days. We are unable to accept claims for damaged goods after this time. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will confirm the damage. If we are in agreement that the item is in fact damaged, we will dispatch a replacement item along with a refund for the return postage. If we believe that the item is not damaged, we will return it to you at your expense.
Where you change your mind after dispatch, or on receipt, please notify us within 5 working days (or as soon as is practical) of receipt of your order. On receipt of your order back to our offices in perfect condition, we will issue a full refund. Where you are not happy with an item, we will not meet the cost of return postage. Under the legislation relating to selling at distance, we will, however, refund the initial postage. However, where express delivery is requested, we are not able to refund the additional costs involved.
We are unable to accept notification of returns under this clause more than 10 working days after dispatch. We are unable to accept returns without prior notification. If we receive goods back without prior notification we will be obliged to send them back to you. All returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, un-used, and where appropriate un-assembled (eg flat packed furniture). We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for any items that have been personalised unless they are defective.
Please inform us of any fault within 28 days of receiving your item and return it within 14 working days for a full refund. For any faults after the 28 day period, we will offer a partial refund or discount on any future orders at our own discretion. This will be determined on an individual basis.
As an internet retailer, we use a lot of packing materials.
It is the policy of Becky and Lolo to wherever possible re-use inbound packaging materials.
- All boxes which are of a suitable size and in a good enough condition are re-used.
- All internal packaging (bubble wrap, chips etc) of suitable condition is re-used
- External wrapping (bags, pallet wrap etc) of suitable condition are re-used for protective internal packaging.
Where we do not have suitable materials to re-use we will always try to use the most environmentally friendly packaging materials.
- We only buy biodegradable chips. These are made of corn starch and can be composted or dissolve in water. They can also be eaten, although we would not recommend this.
- Our newspaper offcuts which are used as internal packaging are made from 100% recycled material
- Our kraft paper which is used as internal packaging is made from 100% recycled material
- Our boxes are made from part recycled material (outside new material, inside recycled material)
- Our corrugated sheet is made from 100% recycled material.
Any inbound packaging materials which cannot be re-used are sorted and wherever possible recycled. We estimate that less than 5% of incoming packaging goes to landfill.
